Tutorial: Set up OBS for Streaming and Recording individual audio tracks

Here is a quick OBS tutorial to set up streaming and recording microphone and gameplay as separate tracks while also using a combined track for streaming on Twitch, Facebook Live, YouTube and other streaming platforms. This works on Windows as well as macOS.
